Wow, glad you are finally realizing the truth!

Tea Party death toll for the past year - 0 - unless I'm missing something

Radical Islamic death toll for LAST MONTH - 600+ with 1600+ critically hurt

Good to see someone else realizing that Islam is simply a violent religion....thanks again!

Reports are coming in, from 10 different dems I think it said, that they have received death threats. Hoyer made the statement, one that I remember was Louise Slaughter got one threatening that those that voted for it, will be shot(picked off sniper style), brick was thrown through her office door along with other similar incidents....and also threats against their family and staff members.

What the hell is this coming to? I expected some backlash, but this far and for this bill?

I wonder how many stupid death threats are received on "average" days? I bet there are some.

I do agree that there is an unreasonable response for opponents. I wonder if the Rush Limbaugh's of the world are more to blame for the radical response than the Tea Party?

Just heard that a new poll is already showing a huge swing in public opinion on the health care bill. According to ABC News an up to date poll is showing 49% now in support of the bill!!!!

Only 40% now saying it was a bad idea!

Watch the Republican outcry turn to a whimper within days. Count on in.

    That is EXCELLENT news.

Maybe it will hinder the GOP from complaining that the American people are not behind this.

AND....this could also mean doom for teh GOP in November. If more Americans support the bill, it makes the GOP look bad for fighting so hard against it and refusing to cooperate for the better of the country.

The next three months will define the next few years in America.

I have actually heard a few folks locally who were dead-set against the bill soften their position within the last 48 hours. I know that probably doesn't really mean too much but I believe it does go along with those poll numbers.

I seen that too, didn't know the exact numbers, but heard polls had shown increase support.

Maybe not everyday or week, but I'd say it might happen some. This is insane though, all for this bill that does what? Help the general public.

The Limbaughs and the Becks definitely hold a lot of blame, they subliminally say things and we all know they have(along with others like Palin) generated the fear and lies about this bill since day one...so I lay a lot of blame on them. But they have to have a dumbass audience to soak this up, to take it literally and not actually take the time to look at what's in the bill and what's not.

Re: Wow, if you didn't think they were crazy...

its not fair to compare radical Islamic TERRORISTS to a bunch of morons distorting Christianity.

I think what he meant Gotch was that in ideology, both groups distort their religious views to promote their agenda and lie to make it seem like their ideals are always right.

I agree its a radical comparison, but Al Qeada was a bad example. They are a terrorist organization.

A logical comparison for Al Qeada is:
Al Qeada is to radical Islam like the Jewish Defense Leage is to radical Judiasm.

No, that's a radically unfair comparison too. There is no real comparison in either Christianity or Judaism...due to the nature of Islam.

In terms of a death toll, you are right, no group matches the sheer number of deaths inflicted by Islamic terrorists.

But, the JDL used violence as a tool, an asset they used to further their agenda, making them more similar to Al Qeada than the Tea Party's.

We've been thru this before, and i wont sidetrack the thread, but why do you claim the nature of all Islamic people is violent? Its not a fair judgment at all to declare that the nature of Islam is violent.

But I also think that talking heads like Limbaugh and O'Reily are just as responsible, if not more, for the radical response than the Tea Party's.

Without the talking heads, there is no Tea Party
